The registration fee includes the following items: participation in conference, electronic version of conference proceedings (USB memory), participation in reception, banquet, lunch, and coffee break. The registration fee for an accompanying person includes participation in reception and banquet.

Registration   

Only payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, Diners, and Discover) is accepted for online registration. The registration fees are non-refundable.
